well its easy to make one.Well i have created a setup for you.Havent tested it though.

Contents in zip

1. Sign in page phish setup.
2. Registration page phish.
3. Favicon in bar to make it look a bit more real.

Usage Instructions

1. Create an account in a free host with a good name.
2. Upload the zip contents to the root of your site.
3. Go to yoursite.host.com and try to login with any word.It will give an error
4. Go to yoursite.host.com/dodgerturf.txt and find the id and password you entered to test the fake login.
5. Repeat the process with signup.
6. Go to yoursite.host.com/newid.txt to find the saved inputs.
7. Now that its working,either send the link as it is or use a url shortner to foil the link eg [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
